1 Year Warranty
All Casa di Tempo watches are covered by a 1-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
Movement or component failures under normal use
Parts and labor required for repairs
During the warranty period, Casa di Tempo will repair or replace defective components at no cost. If necessary, the watch may be replaced with a comparable model.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
Unauthorized modifications or opening of the case
Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap wear, etc.)
Water damage outside the rated resistance
To request warranty service, please contact info@casaditempo.com with your proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to us. Return shipping after repair or replacement is covered by Casa di Tempo.
