All Casa di Tempo watches are covered by a 1-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Movement or component failures under normal use
- Parts and labor required for repairs
During the warranty period, Casa di Tempo will repair or replace defective components at no cost. If necessary, the watch may be replaced with a comparable model.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized modifications or opening of the case
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap wear, etc.)
- Water damage outside the rated resistance
To request warranty service, please contact info@casaditempo.com with your proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to us. Return shipping after repair or replacement is covered by Casa di Tempo.
