At Casa di Tempo, we stand firmly behind the quality and craftsmanship of our timepieces. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, trust, and confidence in every watch we deliver. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, limitations, and procedures for requesting warranty service.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to all watches sold by Casa di Tempo. It covers the proper functionality of the watch, including any parts used in its assembly.
The Warranty Covers:
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care.
- Parts and labor required to repair defects.
- Movements that stop functioning without external damage or mishandling.
Warranty Period
- Standard Warranty: 1 year from the original purchase date by the first purchaser.
- Extended Warranty: Customers may purchase an additional 1-year extension at checkout, extending coverage to 2 years in total.
What Is Covered
During the warranty period, Casa di Tempo will repair or replace defective parts at no additional cost. If necessary, the watch may be replaced with a comparable model.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, or neglect.
- Issues caused by unauthorized modifications or attempts to open the watch casing.
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, discoloration, strap wear, etc.).
- Water damage unless the watch was purchased with upgraded water resistance and used within the specified limits.
- Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.
How to Claim Warranty

Proof of Purchase
The original purchase receipt or invoice is required.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for shipping the product to Casa di Tempo. Return shipping after repair or replacement will be covered by us.
Service Process
- Once we receive your request, our team will assess the issue and guide you on the next steps.
- In some cases, we may authorize a local watchmaker or jeweler to complete the repair for faster service, with costs covered by Casa di Tempo.
- For more complex issues, the watch will be returned to us for inspection and repair.
Customer Agreement
We aim to resolve warranty claims in a way that minimizes time and cost for both parties. Depending on the case, solutions may include local repairs, direct replacements, or full service at our workshop.
Limitation of Liability
Casa di Tempo will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or breach of this warranty. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of the warranty period.

Casa di Tempo reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future purchases.
